New Power Ups - Static Virtual Account on Dashboard

Effective Date: October 20th, 2025

Merchants can now create and manage Static Virtual Accounts (Static VA) directly from the DOKU Dashboard without requiring API integration.

Previously, Static Virtual Accounts could only be generated through API implementation. With this enhancement, merchants can now create, manage, and distribute Static Virtual Accounts through a no-code experience, making onboarding and payment collection faster and more accessible.

Static Virtual Account is now available directly on the DOKU Dashboard with support for:

This update ensures:

• Create Static Virtual Accounts without API integration

• Support for Closed Amount and Open Amount

• Support for both Direct (Merchant) BIN and DOKU (Aggregator) BIN

• Create Static Virtual Accounts using customer phone numbers (for merchants with MGPC enabled)

• Bulk creation of Static Virtual Accounts using Excel upload

• Bulk creation of Static Virtual Account Payment Links using Excel upload

🚀 How it Works

🔄 Before This Update

Merchants needed API integration to create and manage Static Virtual Accounts.

Process :

1. Integrate Static VA API.

2. Develop the VA creation flow.

3. Generate Static Virtual Accounts programmatically.

🆕 After This Update

Merchants can now create Static Virtual Accounts directly from the Dashboard without writing any code.

Steps:

1. Log in to the DOKU Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Static Virtual Account menu.

3. Create individual or bulk Static Virtual Accounts.

4. Share the generated Virtual Account or Payment Link with customers.

✅ Key Details

Supported Standard Static Virtual Account currently supports SNAP Virtual Account only.

Amount Types Merchant can choose between closed amount (fixed payment amount) and open amount (customer can pay any amount)

Customer Identifier Static Virtual Accounts can be generated using Customer phone number (requires MGPC feature) or Merchant-defined Reference ID.

Bulk Creation Merchants can upload an Excel template to create multiple Static Virtual Accounts or Static VA Payment Links simultaneously.

Email Notification Static Virtual Account Payment Links support email notifications.

⚠️ Important Notes

• This feature is available to merchants with an active Virtual Account payment method.

• Each customer can only have one Static Virtual Account per bank and amount type with example:

  • 1 BCA Closed Amount VA ✅

  • 1 BCA Open Amount VA ✅

  • 2 BCA Closed Amount VAs ❌

• If a customer requires multiple Closed Amount VAs from the same bank, merchants must use a different Customer ID.

• Expiry dates can be configured when generating a Payment Link.

• For Closed Amount Virtual Accounts, the payment amount is determined through the associated Payment Link.
